Pricing and Minimums
Minimum Online Order is $25.00 and must be prepaid, or net 30 will be established after credit approval. For credit approval, please call 1-800-272-4707.
All prices listed are "per piece" wholesale prices.
Payment
We accept these payment types: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Bank Transfer, Money Order, COD or approved Business Checks.
Credit terms of Net 30 days will be granted after credit approval. A finance charge of 1.5% per month will be assessed on any balance unpaid after 30 days.
Customer Service
For questions regarding your orders, e-mail us at cservice@travelcardusa.com. We will e-mail you an order confirmation and also when your order is shipped. You are certainly welcome to call us at (866) 284-4138 9-5 Monday-Friday (EST).
Shipping
Generally, orders are shipped within 24 hours. Private labeled orders take longer and you should contact your account executive for details. During the holiday season, please give us 2-3 days before we are able to ship.
Domestic orders are shipped via UPS ground, if you choose an alternate shipping method we will add the freight to your invoice. All orders are shipped from Daytona Beach, FL
If your package arrives damaged, file a claim immediately with the carrier. We will only accept returns when an error is made by our staff. Before submitting your order to us, please check it over carefully. You must notify us within 5 business days of receipt of goods. Returns will only be accepted with an authorization number. Contact your account
executive for return authorization.
